Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Madonna at reception was a true rockstar! Breakfast had a great selection, with loads of tasty treats. I loved the pool and the beautiful beach view, it was amazing. Watersports were also really close, very convenient for me.
The bathroom door was frosted glass. I don't like that. I value privacy.

Underwhelming Stay with Minor Issues

The gym lacked essential equipment. There was one treadmill. Some equipment was out of service. The promised sea view was partially obstructed, not ideal. The minibar in the room was not very cold. It barely chilled the water. I did expect more from a hotel of this supposed caliber, honestly.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit and a variety of hot dishes. The hotel has a large swimming pool with clear water. The airport transfer service was punctual and efficient for my late-night arrival.

The breakfast had a wide selection. I found many choices to my liking. The cleanliness was good throughout my stay. It seemed the staff kept the areas tidy.
My room was near a nightclub. Neon lights were visible. Loud music played at night. I asked to move, but the extra cost was high.

the room was spacious, and it was very clean. the view from the balcony was nice, overlooking the pool area, a plus for me. the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection, though i found it a bit repetitive. the staff was very attentive and always smiling, very nice.
there was no sandy beach directly accessible from the hotel. i had to walk a bit to find a suitable spot for swimming. the advertised wifi signal was weak. i only had a reliable connection in the restaurant area, but not in the rooms. this was a big inconvenience.
